1. Date and Venue

2. Golf – before play

• Please report to the registration desk in the clubhouse 30 mins before your tee time where I will be waiting to meet you.
• Arrive at the first tee 10 mins before your allocated tee time. You will be advised by the starter of any special course conditions that apply on the day.

3. Golf – the competition

• This is essentially a scratch competition
• You will be playing the green course – 18 holes
• Local rules are on the back of the scorecard and any specific rules of the day will be advised by the starter. 

 

4. Spectators and supporters

• Spectators are more than welcome as long as they are keep a safe distance and do not offer advice or question players.
• Please be aware that there will be members playing the course.
• Try to walk in the rough and not the middle of the fairways.
• Change your shoes before going into the clubhouse

 

5. After play / Presentation of Prizes / Refreshments

• There will be a presentation of prizes in the clubhouse.
• Tea and cake will also be provided.
• A trophy is being re-purposed for use as the Centenary Trophy and will be presented to the winner of the lowest gross score (hopefully!)
